Dell: Worldwide Trade Compliance Profiling System
Built in the early 2000s and handed off to Dell Americas, which expanded it to salespeople worldwide. It mapped federal denied-party and denied-entity regulations (including freight forwarders), let the sales, credit, and compliance divisions generate the federal reporting they needed, and plugged directly into DOMS, Dell's proprietary system at the time. Orchestrating enterprise processes across divisions like this, for over three decades, is the foundation for the multi-agent AI systems I architect today.
