The Research Engine reads how ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Gemini, and Grok describe, cite, and recommend a category, on locked prompts with official-domain verification. Agentic websites ship straight to code with editorial approvals and machine-readable surfaces. Compliance-grade chat answers only what it can cite. My brother John runs the company and sells it. I built the technology under it, and it runs Trinzik client engagements in production today.

Web accessibility compliance and inclusive technology for enterprise and government organizations. I co-founded the practice and hold a limited advisory role in it now. It is the same standards work I did as Web Accessibility Officer at the Texas General Land Office.

I built the first CDBG DR/MIT federal disaster recovery site, and HUD shared my Best Known Practices as a development model.

Every public-facing .gov property for the agency: glo.texas.gov, recovery.texas.gov, vlb.texas.gov, cleancoast.texas.gov. Section 508 and ADA compliance across all of them. Federal recovery money moved through systems that could not go down and could not exclude anyone. That is where compliance stopped being a checklist for me and became a design input.

I built Dell's Worldwide Trade Compliance Profiling System, and I hold U.S. Patent 7,373,346.

Dell Americas took the system over and expanded it to salespeople worldwide. It mapped federal denied-party and denied-entity regulations, gave the sales, credit, and compliance divisions the federal reporting they needed, and plugged directly into DOMS, Dell's proprietary system at the time. I also delivered large-scale digital communications systems for Compaq before the HP acquisition, for Tivoli Systems, and work for Los Alamos National Laboratory. That is the same problem a multi-agent AI system has to solve now: one process running clean across divisions that do not answer to each other.

I had already put the first live music stream from Austin on the internet, so I founded the company and raised $600K+ to build the infrastructure behind it.

That first stream went out in 1995 from Steamboat, a nightclub on 6th Street, on RealAudio 2.0, the release that made live streaming possible at all. Mark Cuban's AudioNet came looking, the Broadcast.com partnership followed, and 100+ live shows went out with it, including Willie Nelson, Barenaked Ladies, Lee Greenwood, and Dickie Betts. Then the quality first, in 1998 to 1999: VHS resolution, 30fps, CD-quality audio, Jimmie Vaughan at Austin Music Hall, on Microsoft streaming technology. I founded the company, raised the capital, and ran the production. I was roughly a decade early to streaming. I am early again, and I know what that period looks like from the inside.

I founded my first company at the start of the commercial internet and shipped sites before HTML was a standard.

I started building for the web in 1994, when fewer than 20,000 websites existed on the entire internet and HTML itself would not be standardized for another year. Director 3.0, early HTML, ActionScript, and clients who had never had a website before. Every platform shift since has looked familiar from the first week.
